1. Where can I buy Granate 27 jewelry?

You can buy our pieces directly from this online store.
In addition, we have selected points of sale, where the available designs may vary depending on the curation of each space:

Note: The exclusive items you find in our online store are not available at these retail locations.

2. Can I buy Granate 27 jewelry outside of Costa Rica?

Yes. We ship internationally to most countries through our online store. We work with Correos de Costa Rica , DHL , and FedEx , depending on availability and destination. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout.

3. What materials do we use in Granate 27 jewelry?

We work with materials selected for their beauty, quality and authenticity:

  • Natural stones hand-picked for their shape, color, and energy.
  • Recycled African glass , with a unique history and texture.
  • 950 silver and gold-plated or gold-filled , depending on the design.

We always specify the materials in each product description, so you know exactly what you're buying.

4. Do you accept returns or refunds?

5. How should I care for my jewelry?

6. Can the pieces be adjusted to the size I need?

Yes. We can customize the size of some pieces to fit you perfectly. Contact us for more information. Please note that these modifications may incur an additional cost.

7. Do they offer a warranty?

All our parts have a 6-month warranty, applicable only to defects related to materials or manufacturing.

We work with high-quality materials, but due to their nature (especially natural stones and African glass), misuse or improper handling is not covered by the warranty . Repairs for damage not covered will incur an additional charge.

8. Do you carry out repairs?

Yes. We offer repair service exclusively for Garnet 27 parts within 6 months of purchase. Replacement of stones or other components is not covered if the damage is determined to have been caused by improper use. Repairs for damage not covered will incur an additional cost.

9. Can I personalize my jewelry?

We're not currently taking custom orders, but we love to co-create. Follow us or message us to stay updated, as this option may return in the future.

10. Do you sell wholesale?

No. Granate 27 is an exclusive design brand. We do not mass-produce or sell wholesale.

11. Can I sell Granate 27 products in my store?

We do not work on a consignment basis.

12. Does Granate 27 have a physical store?

We do not have our own physical store. We sell online and at the distribution points mentioned above.
