Shipping policy

1. General Information
At Granate 27, we work exclusively with one-of-a-kind pieces. Every design available in the store is in stock and ready for immediate shipping.

Once your purchase is completed, the piece is reserved for you. After it is sold, it is automatically marked as sold out, as we do not restock or produce in series.

2. Order Processing
Delivery time does not include preparation time.

All orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours after purchase. In most cases, your order will be dispatched sooner.

Shipments are made Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping from Costa Rica
All orders are shipped from Costa Rica via Correos de Costa Rica.

Estimated delivery times (once the order has been dispatched):

Costa Rica: 2 to 4 business days
International shipments: 2 to 4 weeks

If you would like a faster shipping option, you may request it before your order is dispatched.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated rates within Costa Rica:

GAM: ₡3,500
Outside GAM: ₡4,500

International rates vary depending on the destination country.

Any additional charges for remote areas will be indicated before completing payment.

5. Taxes and Additional Charges
Sales tax (13%) is included in the price of each piece.

For international shipments, any additional charges such as import taxes, duties, customs storage fees, or other costs associated with the package entering the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Delivery Instructions
You may add special delivery instructions at the time of purchase.

7. Items Damaged During Shipping
