Refund policy
1. Our Promise
At Granate 27, each piece is handcrafted with attention to detail and carefully selected materials. Our commitment is that you receive a piece of jewelry that truly represents you.
2. Product Exchanges
If your piece is not what you expected, you may request an exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide the option to exchange for another available piece.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- It must include original packaging and tags
- You must provide proof of purchase
The exchange may be made for:
- A piece of equal value, or
- A higher-value piece by paying the difference
All exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
3. Important Exclusions
For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of the product, exchanges do not apply in the following cases:
- Earrings
- Customized or modified pieces made at the customer’s request
4. International Orders
Exchanges do not apply to international orders.
If you made your purchase outside Costa Rica and need assistance, you may contact us at info@granate27.com to evaluate your case.
5. Exchange Request Process
To initiate an exchange, you must contact us at info@granate27.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Products sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery.
If your piece arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the case and provide a solution.
In these cases, we may offer a replacement, subject to review.
7. Replacements
If we confirm that your piece has a manufacturing defect or damage, you may return it and receive a replacement of the same product.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with original packaging, and proof of purchase.
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Final Considerations
This policy applies exclusively to product exchanges and does not include cash refunds.
Granate 27 reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
