Refunds and Returns
At Granate 27 , we understand the importance of your satisfaction when purchasing jewelry. That's why we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt for exchanges. Your satisfaction is our priority , so we ensure we send you a product of excellent quality.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS : We do not offer returns or refunds, but if you are not happy with your purchase, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange . International shipments are not eligible for returns. If you purchased from a country other than Costa Rica and are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us using the contact form on this website.
EXCEPTION : For health and hygiene reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
EXCHANGES : To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned to us as soon as possible and be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase to exchange the product for one of the same value or to purchase a higher-priced item by paying the price difference. We will provide you with available options for exchanging for another piece of jewelry of equivalent or greater value.
To begin the process, you must contact us at info@granate27.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. If your request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items returned to us without prior notification of your issue will not be accepted, and your exchange cannot be processed.
Changes will be subject to inventory availability.
The product must be in its original condition, without signs of use, in its original packaging and with all labels intact.
No changes will be accepted on products customized or modified at the customer's request.
Damages and problems: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Refunds : Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. However, if we send you a defective, damaged, or broken product, you can return it and request a replacement. We will send you a new one after evaluating your claim. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
