Shipping Policy
1. General Information: We create exclusive jewelry and do not mass-produce. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order using your original payment method.
2. Delivery Time: Please note that "Delivery" refers only to shipping time and not the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready to ship within 24 hours of placing your order, some orders require additional time. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for processing.
Your order is shipped from Costa Rica via Correos de Costa Rica.
National delivery: 2-4 days once the order is received at the post office.
International delivery: 2-4 weeks once the order is received at the post office. If you would like to receive your order faster, please let us know before we ship it.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we do our best to fulfill your order within 2-4 business days from the date you placed it. Business days mean Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method, and items ordered.
3. Delivery Instructions: You can provide special delivery instructions on the checkout page of our website.
4. Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are fixed unless the weight exceeds one kilogram. They also depend on your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout screen.
Rates within Costa Rica:
- GAM: 2500 colones ($5.00)
- Outside the GAM: 4000 colones ($7.00)
- International rates, will be displayed on checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas. You will be notified of any charges on the checkout page.
Local sales tax is included. Any other charges may not be included and will be indicated on the checkout screen. Any other applicable taxes are the customer's responsibility. Granate 27 is not responsible for any charges that may apply to your order, such as customs storage fees or international shipping costs for countries outside of Costa Rica.
5. Items Damaged in Transit
If there is any damage due to the packaging during delivery, please contact us immediately at info@granate27.com.
