Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. General Information

We make exclusive jewelry and we do not mass produce. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

2. Delivery Time

Please note that "Delivery" refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours of placing your order, some orders take additional time. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for processing. 

Your order ships out from Costa Rica via Correos de Costa Rica.   

Domestic delivery:  2-4 days once the order is received at the post office

International delivery: 2-4 weeks once the order is received at the post office.  If you  want to receive your order quickly, please let us know before we ship out.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-4 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends nor Holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are flat unless it weighs more than one kilo.  It also depends on your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Costa Rican rates:

  • GAM:  2500 (two thousand five hundred colones) $5.00
  • Outside GAM:  4000 (four thousand colones) $7.00

International rates, when available, are displayed at checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Local sales tax is included.  Any other fee may not be included and will be advised at checkout.  Any other tax that may apply is on the customer.  Granate 27 is not responsible for any fee that may apply to your order.

5. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage due to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@granate27.com
